SendWhapp provides a free trial period to allow you to thoroughly test our platform and evaluate whether it meets your business needs. We strongly encourage all users to take full advantage of this trial period before committing to a paid subscription.

2. No Refund Policy

Once you choose to upgrade to a paid plan and make a payment, the amount paid will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Partial use of the subscription period
• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Account cancellation during an active billing period
• Unused features or services
• Technical issues that are resolved within a reasonable timeframe

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but this will not entitle you to any refund for the current billing period. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

SendWhapp maintains a strict no-refund policy. However, in the extremely rare case of a proven technical failure on our part that completely prevents you from using the service (and cannot be resolved within 72 hours), you may contact our support team to discuss possible remedies. This does not guarantee a refund and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the charge appearing on your statement. Unrecognized charges reported after this period may not be eligible for review.
